Dear all, I\\\'m porting some x86 linux code to IGEPv2 Linaro (same for poky) platform. Basically want to play two mp3/wav files at same time (didn\\\'t work). I.E. you can do it: aplay file1.wav & aplay file2.wav & => Error: Unable to find a working output module in this list: alsa,oss,esd,jack,pulse,nas or something more usefull play one mp3 to right channel and another to left channel using gstreamer: gst-launch filesrc location=file1.mp3 ! decodebin ! audiopanorama panorama=-1.00 ! alsasink & gst-launch filesrc location=file2.mp3 ! decodebin ! audiopanorama panorama=+1.00 ! alsasink & => Error: RESOURCE BUSY As said before none method works. Seems a TWL4030 and/or driver restriction. Hopefully someone can point me to a solution/workarround/information on how to solve? Regards, Sergio.

    Hi all

    To make it work modify /etc/asound.conf

    XXX:~$ cat /etc/asound.conf
    # default dmix configuration
    pcm.!default {
    type plug
    slave.pcm "dmixer"
    }

    pcm.dmixer {
    type dmix
    ipc_key 1024
    slave {
    pcm "hw:0,0"
    period_time 0
    period_size 1024
    buffer_size 4096
    rate 44100
    }
    bindings {
    0 0
    1 1
    }
    }

    ctl.dmixer {
    type hw
    card 0
    }
