I have a question about setting up the system time/date in an IGEPv2 board, running on Linaro. The board is used offline, without any internet connection, so I can't use the ntp servers to synchronize. I manage to set up the current time/date to the system, but after any reboot it returns to 1/1/2000. Is there any way of saving and keeping the proper time/day on linaro?
Thanks a lot for your help!

I haven't could reproduce your problem with linaro nano 12.04. I set the system date with "date" command and system keeps the date after reboot or powerkill. I think that your IGEP doesn't have a RTC battery: https://isee.biz/store/product/53-rtc-battery-3v-batthold-vl1220-1vc
